Hi, I’m Neir!Also known as Neirlhune (my artist handle), Neirhartilly (my yt/gaming handle), or silvermintneko/cat (sns handle).I am a "NewTuber" for my comforting gaming and hobbies content videos, and a self-taught artist based in the Philippines focused on both traditional and digital artworks. I am still a work in progress, but I am mainly focusing on creating gaming content because I truly love video games and playthroughs that I find on the internet. It's the same way that I love making art and video editing. I feel like rather than making those two worlds collide, I want to make them blend together as one as a part of my life: to make art and let's-play projects that can bring comfort and a sense of tranquility to people.I have worked on simple animations and webcomic projects for both academic and personal purposes in the past. However, those works don't really match the style and approach I currently have in mind anymore. Having rebranded myself and the style I'm going for, my new art portfolio is currently on pause until I've created enough new art pieces to present. I started fresh in 2024, but I still don't have enough. My earlier works are still available online under my previous handle just to show legitimacy for my future works, and I don't have any plans to remove them at the moment. I also plan to create a separate site to compile all the artworks I've done using my other art handles in the last decade, as a memorabilia, a reminder of where and how I started making art.Moving forward, I will be focusing on art styles, concepts, and projects that better reflect who I am now. That being said, I still want my artworks to be recognized wholeheartedly and separately, not just based on who I am.
